What we build

Pick the room. See how the job runs.

Four kinds of job, one crew, and the same daily rhythm on every one of them.

Couple cooking together in a white kitchen

A kitchen you keep cooking near.

A temporary kitchen goes up in another room on day one, so the family eats at home through all of it. The loud week is planned with you, not sprung on you.

Typical time

6–8 weeks

Typical budget

$45–80k

  • Temporary kitchen set up on day one
  • Cabinets built in our own shop
  • One tiler, from first row to grout
Freestanding bathtub in a grey modern bathroom

One bathroom at a time.

We finish and hand back each bathroom before we open the next, so there is always a working shower in the house. Most are done inside a month, tile to towel rail.

Typical time

3–4 weeks

Typical budget

$18–35k

  • Waterproofing photographed before tile
  • Curbless showers and rounded edges
  • Heated floors on request
Open white double doors in an empty room

More house, same address.

The new room is built weather-tight from the outside first, and the opening into your home is cut last. You live with a door-sized hole for days, not months.

Typical time

12–16 weeks

Typical budget

$120–220k

  • Permits and engineering handled by us
  • The wall opens in the final fortnight
  • Trim and siding matched to the house
Open-plan living room with grey sofa and wood wall

Every room, in a set order.

We work the floor in zones and move your furniture with us, so half of it is always yours. The order is agreed on paper before week one and it does not drift.

Typical time

10–14 weeks

Typical budget

$90–160k

  • Zone plan agreed before week one
  • Furniture moved and covered by us
  • One final clean of the whole floor
