• Counter questions

What people ask before they hand over the keys.

Straight answers from the front counter. If yours is missing, call: a person picks up, and it is usually the one who will work on your car.

Now is unsafe, or about to cost you more: we would fix it before you drive far. Soon is worn but legal, and comes with a month or a mileage. Fine is everything we checked that needs nothing. You get all three by text, with photos.

No. Nothing leaves the Now column until you reply yes to its price. If we cannot reach you, the car waits on the lift and the bill does not move.

The 40-point look-over is free with any service or repair. On its own it is $45, taken off the bill if you go ahead with anything on the list.

Always. The old part goes home in a labeled box in your trunk, and a photo of it still on the car is in your report.

Thirty days, in writing. If a part price moves inside that window, we absorb the difference.

Original, or the same factory's own-brand equivalent: your choice, and both prices are on the quote. Never an unbranded part on brakes, steering or tires.
