Seven people in one room in Copenhagen. No account managers. No AI slop. Eight projects a year.

Noir opened in 2016, after two of us walked out of a large agency with a small list of rules. First rule: never present work we wouldn't put our own name on. Second rule: never pitch against a dozen other studios. Third rule: the people who sold the work are the same people who make it. Ten years later the rules have held. We've turned down more work than we've taken. We've kept the studio at seven because that's the biggest room we can fit around a monitor. The work, we think, is the better for it.
Three sentences we'd put on the wall if we hung anything on walls.
Every piece that leaves the studio carries two names and a date. If it can't, it doesn't leave.
Design for the ten-year mark, not the reel. Identities that age, products that stay in use, films people save.
Quiet rooms and honest reviews beat any agency theater. We ship on Fridays, not on Mondays.
No account managers, no junior bench. Every project is worked end-to-end by the people on this page.
Four slots left on the 2026 calendar. If you've read this far, the next step is a short brief and a phone call.
