How long does it take to move our projects over?
Most teams import everything in under an hour. Upload a spreadsheet or connect Trello or Asana, and owners, due dates and comments come along.
Do clients need an account to see their portal?
No. Each client gets a private link with an optional passcode. They see progress, files and approvals, never your internal threads.
Can we try it before we pay?
Every plan starts with a 14-day trial with all features switched on. No credit card is needed until you decide to stay.
What happens to our data if we cancel?
You can export every project, file and report as CSV and PDF at any time. After cancelling we keep your workspace for 30 days, then delete it.
Does it work with the tools we already use?
Keel connects to Slack, Google Drive, Dropbox and the major invoicing tools. Zapier covers most of the rest.
Is there a discount for nonprofits or education?
Yes. Registered nonprofits and schools get 40% off any plan. Write to support with proof of status and we apply it to your next invoice.
