01 — Encore questions

From doors-opento encore.

Seven things every ticket holder asks before the first night — entry windows, ID rules, the bag policy, accessibility, and how the box office handles refunds when a headliner moves. Anything else, the box office reads email until 9pm on show days.

When do doors open and when does the first set start?

Doors at 6:30pm both nights, first set on the main stage at 7:45pm sharp. The second-stage warm-up runs 7:00 to 7:30 — worth getting in early if you want a spot at the rail. Set times for every night are pinned to the festival app the morning of the show, with push notifications fifteen minutes before each act.

All ages welcome on the main lawn; the side bar tents are 21+ and you'll need a government-issued photo ID matching the name on the ticket. Under-12s enter free with a parent or guardian — they still need a wristband, which the box office prints at the family entrance to keep the queue moving.

Tickets are non-refundable in line with venue policy, but transfers are free up to two hours before doors via the original purchase confirmation email. If a headliner cancels, we automatically issue a credit toward the rescheduled date or, on request, a full refund within ten business days — no questions asked, no phone tree to navigate.

Clear bags only, 12 × 6 × 12 inches or smaller, plus one factory-sealed water bottle up to 1L. Outside food, glass, professional cameras with detachable lenses, drones, and chairs all stay at home. Re-entry is allowed once per ticket through the dedicated re-entry gate on the east side until 10pm — wristbands are scanned in and out so don't trade them.

Yes. ADA viewing platforms are reserved at front-of-house and at the second stage, with a companion seat included. Accessible parking is in Lot B with a shuttle running every ten minutes; service animals are welcome anywhere on site. Email access@example.com at least 48 hours ahead so the team can confirm placements and meet you at the accessible entrance.

Phone photography is welcome from anywhere except the front-of-stage barrier; flash, selfie sticks, and any rig with a detachable lens are not. A few sets each night are marked phones-down at the artist's request — staff will hold up signs at the rail and the screens, and we'll thank you for honoring it.

Eight rotating local food trucks, two full bars, free water refill stations at every gate, and a coffee + churro window that stays open until last call. Cashless payment site-wide — tap your card or phone. Earplugs are stocked at the merch booth for $1, lockers for $15 per night with unlimited access until midnight.
