The grade describes the outside. Inside, every unit passes the same 64 checks, carries the same warranty and ships with the same report.
A
No marks you can see at arm’s length, often in the box it came in.
B
Fine scuffs on the lid or the frame, nothing on the screen.
C
Visible wear on the outside, the same 64 checks on the inside.
Twelve units come off the bench every day. These four were signed off this morning.

Five questions we answer every day. Anything else, a person on the bench writes back within one working day.
Everything the bench tested: battery, screen, keyboard, ports, speakers, cameras and the board. If a part fails in normal use we repair it or replace the unit, with shipping paid both ways.
The report prints the cycle count and the capacity left. We never list a laptop under 80% or a phone under 85%; below that we fit a new cell and say so on the sheet.
Yes, within 30 days and for any reason. Pack it in the same box with the prepaid label, and the refund lands within five working days of arrival.
Every drive is wiped to NIST 800-88 before testing starts, and the wipe log is part of the report. Phones and watches are reset and removed from the previous owner’s account.
To Canada and Mexico, with duties paid at checkout. Anywhere else, write to us first and we quote the shipping by hand.
Leave your email and the model you want. We write once, the morning it comes off the bench, and never otherwise.
