Kimberly Avenue. Two windows widened, the oak floor relaid, and every outside corner plastered round.
Porch and entry · 9 weeks
A front door worth coming home to.
Montford. A rebuilt porch, a wider entry, and a mudroom where the coat pile used to be.
Addition · 14 weeks
A second storey in one winter.
Haw Creek. Framed and weather-tight before the old roof came off, so nobody had to move out.
