03 — Questions

Before you book.After we collect.

Eight answers from the booking desk. Each one carries the number you would otherwise phone us for: a weight, a time or a price.

A — Booking and collection

Up to 1,000 kg and 2.2 m high on a standard or Euro base, booked as a quarter, half or full pallet. Anything that overhangs the base travels as oversize and is priced before you book.

Book by 17:00 and we collect the same day, for delivery the next working day. A booking made after the cut-off is collected the following day at the same price.

Wrap the load to the pallet itself with at least 4 turns of film, and leave nothing overhanging the base. Fix the 2 labels we email with your booking to adjacent sides, at eye height.

Yes, at no extra charge: every vehicle carries a tail-lift rated to 1,000 kg. The driver delivers to the kerbside, so the pallet needs a hard, level surface within 5 m of the road.

B — Delivery and claims

The next working day in Zones A and B and within 48 hours in Zone C, between 06:00 and 18:00. For a fixed time, add AM delivery by 12:00, a Saturday morning or a booked 2-hour slot.

Every pallet is scanned at each handover, so your tracking link shows its last depot and an arrival estimate. The signed proof of delivery, with a name, a time and a photo, reaches you within 15 minutes of the drop.

If nobody can receive the pallet we take it back to the local depot and redeliver the next working day for £18. Storage is free for the first 3 days, then £4 a day per pallet.

Each pallet is covered to £500 as standard, and you can raise that to £5,000 when you book. Report damage within 48 hours, with photos, and a valid claim is paid within 10 working days.
